ENLISTING, ENVISIONING, AND ENGAGING PASSIONATE PEOPLE
Yesterday's HR strategies designed to attract, retain, and motivate employees, don't work like they used to. But when an organization is constantly enlisting, envisioning, and engaging its people, those people tend to think more like owners than entitled employees. There are a lot of people talking about employee engagement, but many of the methods are programs that leaders try for awhile and then quit. There is a better way and it involves building into your culture, open book management and open door thinking.
Participants will learn:
* How to create an enviable work culture and eliminate toxicity
* How to increase employee involvement and engagement
* The kinds of business realities in which employees should be involved
* How to communicate best with employees
* When to utilize outside resources
** This workshop has been pre-approved for 1.75 Continuing Education Units through the Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI). Pre-registration is required. Schedule subject to change, please visit www.larimerworkforce.org/business for accurate training information.
