7:45-8:20 Breakfast and networking
8:20-8:30 Welcome by Dr. Stan Scheer and LBP
8:30-8:45 Round table process
8:45-10:00 Students network with Loveland Business Partners (LBP) community addressing work habit skills, leadership, teamwork, collaboration, cooperation, facilitate in using virtual workspaces, critical thinking, problem solving, reasoning, analysis, interpretation, synthesizing information. The LBS summit will provide questions related to these 21st century soft skills. This hour will be broken up into 15-minute intervals. We will move the LBP participants to every table to hear multiple viewpoints.
10:00-10:15 Break
10:15-10:50-- Student reflections from the conversations with businesses. How has this conversation changed their thinking? Students can talk about how this has or could affect their life plan. Businesses reflections from the conversations. What have the LBP learned from TSD.
