Apr 22    NAVIGATING CONFLICT IN THE WORKPLACE
One of the most critical and stressful situations at work is conflict. Usually, people simply avoid it and resentment or resignation builds, or harsh words are spoken. The outcome is destructive either way, relationships are damaged and nothing gets resolved.

During this session, participants will gain insight from examining their own conflict management patterns and recognizing constructive and destructive responses to conflict. Once participants have identified their own style of responding to conflict, we will explore a variety of conflict resolution strategies.
