Nov 6    WHY SHOULD ANYONE FOLLOW YOU? THINKING LIKE A LEADER
The toughest challenges for most leaders lie in creating a clear and compelling vision and gaining buy-in, particularly when these challenges include the need to resolve difficult "right vs. right" choices or where success depends upon engaging multiple generations of employees. These are high-stress situations for any leader! In this program we'll directly address both challenges by adopting a flexible framework for "thinking like a leader." Using this framework, and with real-world case examples and hands-on exercises, participants will learn new approaches to more effective, cross-generational, and less stressful, leadership.

Participants will learn:

* What, clearly and simply, is leadership?

* What are the attributes of an authentic leader?

* Building the need for change.

* Right vs. Right decision making

* Six Steps to Buy-In
