Jul 23    Collaborative Luncheon with the Berthoud Chamber of Commerce
Guest Speaker: Mark Hoog ~ "Conscious Leadership"
Mark is the author of the Growing Field children's leadership book series, the founder and Executive Director of the Children's leadership Institute, a Captain with United Airlines and, most importantly, a husband and father.

Inspired by the events of September 11th, Mark wrote a children's leadership philosophy series designed to introduce youth to the ideas, beliefs and behaviors associated with personal growth, leadership and living life without limit.  Reflecting back on the morning of 9/11, Mark recalled watching news coverage of the United Flight 93 crash site in Pennsylvania and thinking there must be a way to GROW from the event....something to learn from this smoldering FIELD.  The Growing Field was born.  Recognized by President Bill Clinton, Secretary of Education Richard Riley, and voted "most inspirational"  youth series...the best selling Growing Field series has become the voice in youth leadership & motivation.
