The competition will be held on Wednesday\, July 21\, 2010 at the Lynn and Norma Hammond Amphitheater in Loveland's North Lake Park. The event will be held from 3:00 PM 9:00 PM and will feature 12 young bands. Application packets are available at the Loveland Museum/Gallery and on www.cityofloveland.org. Registration will be taken on a first come\, first served basis. Registration packets are due June 25th. There are only 12 performance slots for bands on the day of the competition. Once the 12 spots have been filled\, applications will be put on a waitlist. The entry fee is $25.00 per band. \n Prizes for the 11th Annual Battle of the Bands\, have not yet been secured for the competition\, however\, will be secured and announced by July 1st. Last year\, prizes included studio recording time from Clear Gravy Productions\, demo-CD duplications from Hapi Skratch Entertainment\, music lessons from KepTone Music\, cash prizes and other prizes from local businesses.
