I attended Whitworth College in Spokane Washington. Graduated in 1985 with BA in business and German Language. In 1988 had an opportunity to buy my first restaurant. Over the next 32 years I owned 11 restaurants in Loveland\, Greely\, Arvada and Argentina. In 2017\, sold the restaurants and started in construction. Finally after several years of research and trial\, got licensed and began production of the cheese in November 2022.\n\nColorado Farmhouse Cheese Company is a local company specializing in aged\, raw milk cheeses. we make several varieties of cow\, goat and sheep cheeses. All of our cheeses\, age at least 60 days. We are Colorados only licensed sheep dairy! we sell are cheeses at local farmers markets and the Cheese importers in Longmont.\n\nAfter leaving the restaurant industry\, I enjoyed pursuing the opportunity to make great tasting\, nutritious and local food. Cheese fit that order\, especially since the demand for local cheese is great and there are very few companies filling that market."\n\n \n\nMENU-\n\nPairing 1- Chili Guava Stem Cider 5.2% ABV\n\n\n	Goat\, Never Summer Alpine | A raw milk goat cheese aged a minimum of 60 days. This natural rind\, semi-hard pressed cheese is only made in the summer and fall. It is an earthy\, \, slightly salty\, nutty taste with a slight goat aroma.\n\n\nPairing 2- Raspberry Stem Cider 6.7% ABV\n\n\n	Cow milk Ticino ( Italian ) | A raw cows milk cheese showing a traditional Italian alpine taste. Earthy\, firm and pungent. A versatile cheese good for individual tasting\, salads and grilling. Aged 60 days.\n\n\nPairing 3- Real Dry Stem Cider 6.8% ABV\n\n\n	Mixed milk Gouda (cow/sheep) | An exceptionally interesting cheese. A double washed curd presenting a dry\, balanced\, slightly nutty taste. Aged about 100 days.\n\n\nPairing 4- Apricot Haze Stem Cider 6.1% ABV\n\n\n	Jalapeno Cheddar (cow) | A slightly dry aged cheddar with a mild jalapeno heat. Aged about 120 days. It tastes of dry\, creamy and slightly tangy.
