DESCRIPTION:A yoga retreat is an opportunity to put some distance between the stress of every day life and the deeper self care you need. Reset your energy\, get some new perspective and and dive deeper into your yoga practice. You will have opportunities to learn more about yourself while strengthening your relationship to your truths.\n\nWhat we will do:\n\nThis retreat will focus on the child within. During life there are many "growing up" opportunities\, but getting back to play and joy is less common. We will take time for yoga instruction\, meditation\, breath work\, art play\, camp fire songs and some other good\, old-fashioned fun. \n\nSample Schedule:\n\nFriday\n\n4-5 pm guests arrive and settle in\n\n6 pm yoga class\n\n7:30 dinner by the fire\n\nSaturday\n\n7 am coffee/tea\n\n8 am yoga\n\n10 am brunch\n\n12 pm hike/free time\n\n3 pm group art and craft time\n\n5 pm yoga\n\n7 pm dinner\n\n9 pm camp fire drum circle\n\nSunday\n\n7 am coffee/tea\n\n8 am yoga\n\n10 am brunch\n\n11 am closing ceremony\n\n12 guests depart\n\nAbout the Venue:\n\nThe Sky Corral Ranch is a beautiful 105-acre ranch in Belvue\, CO that borders the Roosevelt National Forest. We will have the entire venue to ourselves for the weekend. Each guest will have their own bed in shared rooms\, and a bathroom in each room. \n\nThere is a pond on the property where you can sit and enjoy the views or play in the water. We can do a group hike or you are welcome to hike and explore on your own. There are also tons of games and other fun activities you can do if relaxing is not your style :)\n\nFood and Drink:\n\nAll meals are provided with your registration and will be a vegetarian fare. Brunch will be a continental serve yourself.  There will be no alcohol this weekend.\n\nEarly bird pricing is open until Aug 20\, 2024
