SUMMARY:FUEL of Loveland The Self-Aware Leader 9 Traits to Move from Self-Awareness to Active Leadership Impact
DESCRIPTION:The Self-Aware Leader\n\n9 Traits to Move from Self-Awareness to Active Leadership Impact\n\nIn 2018\, Cornell University posted a report where they looked at the 72 most successful companies in the world. Their primary goal was to understand what made these companies successful. After looking at a myriad of company traits such as organizational structure\, product portfolios\, go to market strategies\, competitive sets\, etc...\, the primary key indicator that pointed to the success of all 72 companies was one thing. The self-awareness of the leader. In other words\, the more self-aware the leader is\, the more successful the business.\n\nIn this session with Dan Anderson\, National Ministry Director of FCCI\, CEO of a local Non-profit & Five Capitals Leadership / Business Coach\, we will all be called to take a purposeful look in the mirror and evaluate ourselves as leaders. The mirror will ask us to answer four profound questions that every leader must answer and ultimately\, we will develop a roadmap for success based on what we see.\n\nIn addition here's some questions Dan will be guiding us to think about\, wrestle with\,\n\nand hopefully discover some new answers to: \n1. How self-aware am I?\n\n2. Where are my blind spots and how do I discover them?\n\n3. What is the power of listening and it's impact on the culture I lead? and more.\n\n\n\nMeet your Speaker/Coach\n\nFor 30 years Dan has been a trusted break-through-guide helping leaders in business\, education and non-profit sectors to thrive in every dimension of life and business. Beyond speaking\, training\, and coaching with multiple business owners\, executive and non-profit leaders and teams through Five Capitals\, Dan also serves as the CEO of Kingdom Way and the National Ministry Director for FCCI (Fellowship of Companies for Christ International)\, both marketplace ministry non-profit organizations.\n\n \n\nHaving leadership experience in the church as a Pastor and in business\, Dan brings a broad array of value and wisdom as he helps leaders and organizations create contagious cultures and workplace environments to achieve their full potential from vision-casting to strategy\, and from building relational capital to producing results.\n\n\n\nDan and his wife Ilona have been married for over 30 years and live in Northern Colorado with their daughter Isabella. They also possess great pride in their twin sons who are serving in the United States Navy. Dan enjoys reading\, hiking\, biking\, working out and an occasional round of golf.
