Participants learn essential skills needed to set clear expectations\, document key performance behaviors\, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.  The second half of the session prepares managers to effectively resolve ongoing performance problems. In the event that termination is necessary\, this session provides the tools to manage the necessary conversations and documentation process.
