3rd Annual Rooftop Derby Party

Join us for the 2023, 3RD ANNUAL Kentucky Derby on the rooftop of desk chair workspace.

Derby Attire is HIGHLY Encouraged, and the best dressed will be awarded-

Ladies, wear your hats and gentlemen put on those bow ties it's going to be a great time!

This event will have food and drinks available on The Rooftop along with live streaming of the races all day.

We have two ticketing options, general admission, OR Derby VIP.

**The final race will begin at 4:45PM.

General Admission - $30

This will include: access to the best rooftop in Loveland, and cash bar with options of Mint Julep, Southern Spiked Arnold Palmer, variety of local beer, house white wine, house red wine, OR house sparkling white.

Derby VIP- $100

This will include: access to the best rooftop in Loveland, premier seating closest to TV screens, open bar with table service and options of Mint Julep, Southern Spiked Arnold Palmer, variety of local beer, house white wine, house red wine, OR house rose, and elevated passed Derby hors d'oeuvres starting at 2:30pm
