Annual Safe Kids Trick-or-Treat

Spook the Halloween night away this year at the Outlets at Loveland! Families, parents and children of ALL ages are encouraged to trick-or-treat in a completely safe, well-lit, controlled environment! This FREE public event will take place on Halloween night, Oct 31^st from 4-7pm! The event will culminate with a Costume Contest! Winners will walk away with great prizes! The contest is for the following age groups: 0-3 years old, 4-7 years and 13-18 years old with a NEW category for best adult/child group or duo!
