This one day training, sponsored by the Bohemian Foundation, is designed to give business and human resource professionals the tools and language to support their company's success in employing individuals from lower socioeconomic classes. The Bridges framework is being ultilized nationwide by human resource and management personnel to impact employee engagement,  productivity and absenteeism.
