Just as a clear mission statement is essential to companies, a personal vision is a crucial skill for upper management. This session begins by clarifying personal values and professional values. Eighty percent of your effectiveness as a manager is dependent on emotional intelligence. Once values are discussed, the group will explore emotional intelligence and why it is important in business environment and professional goal setting.

Survival Strategies

Decision making, understanding the key players involved, and effective delegation are a few examples of session topics. Learn survival strategies in the workplace that will aid your career goals and the balance of stress. After this session, participants will be equipped with models, methods, and guides for multiple decision making approaches.
