The certificate program contributes to the professional growth and development of leaders while engaging them in meaningful dialogue regarding the changing dynamics of the work environment. Five workshops cover a variety of topics, including leading strategic initiatives in a complex and rapidly changing organizational environment and workplace challenges facing today?s leaders in areas as such as inclusion, diversity, and change strategy.

All classes are held at the The Ranch Complex in Loveland. Classes meet on Fridays. Class commences at 9:00 a.m. and adjourns at 4:00 p.m. A continental breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m.

The cost of the program is $500 per session or $2,500 for all sessions. Cost includes all class materials, continental breakfast, and lunch.
