This will be an interactive presentation. Nancy and Julia will ask the audience which of the 3 Must-Haves they'd most like to discuss. The presentation will stay on what is chosen and will provide a takeaway tool for everyone.
Nancy Kepner
Nancy Kepner has spent the better part of two decades working to build, re-engineer, and catalyze successful operations for social impact organizations. She uses conscious leadership principles - self-awareness, authenticity, and appreciation - to accelerate and deepen leadership competencies that foster overall workplace happiness.Prior to founding Crafted Leadership, Nancy was a director for two nonprofit organizations (Firefly Autism and Foundation for Global Scholars) and was a recognized catalyst in establishing comprehensive care systems for Colorado's autism community. She attributes her versatility and global perspective to her years living and teaching in Tokyo and Moscow. Nancy holds a MEd from Western Washington University, an MA from the University of Texas in Austin, and was a board certified behavior analyst for 15 years.
Julia Munson
Julia Munson has over 30 years’ experience helping teams and individuals increase their leadership capacity, candor, trust, and confidence to take initiative. Julia works with organizations to explore their people systems and identify critical elements needed to maximize their desired outcomes. She then supports the teams and individuals to develop the skills to create the outcomes.
Julia’s genius is delivered through training workshops, facilitation, organizational consulting, and coaching services, which help foster success through a lens of conscious leadership. With a special blend of straight talk, humor, and warmth, Julia is a key asset to the delivery of Crafted Leadership's programs.
Julia holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Kansas. She is a Certified Conscious Relationship Coach, Transformation Leader, and Body/Mind Vibrance Coach from The Hendricks Institute. She is also a certified Marriage and Family Therapist.
