The Colorado Disability Pride festival will be a day filled with music, pride, parades and numerous other activities. The day will begin with a parade of marching bands, floats and displays of pride affirming the value of people with disabilities. The parade begins at noon at College and Olive. It follows College to Laurel Street and onto Colorado State University's Lory Student Center, concluding at the Lagoon. The festivities will continue at the Lagoon, with musical performances from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The nationally-recognized band, The Flobots, will headline the festival that will also include performances by TribU2 (a U2 cover band), The Seers and Lee Holiday & the Time Off. The will be food, a beer garden, a silent auction and booths for non-profit agencies, CSU student organizations and sponsors. It will be a day filled with pride and fun!
