Over the years, Kristin has built an award-winning agency that puts people first. Her leadership and industry contributions have earned honors including Top 25 Most Influential Young Professionals, Colorado Superwoman, and 40 Under Forty.

But building a successful business also gave Kristin a firsthand understanding of the demands of leadership. In 2023, she launched WildRock Trailblazers to help executive and entrepreneurial women pursue success on their own terms through retreats, a yearly membership program, and one-on-one coaching.
