Energize into Spring with the Mindful Energy Routine
Local energy practitioners Kerrie Lapoehn and Julie Berenger will teach you a mindful movement routine based on moving meditation and energy medicine pioneer, Donna Eden's Daily Energy Routine.
The routine is geared toward stress reduction and overall health and is suitable for all ages and levels of health.
The movement routine takes about 10 minutes, and will be offered several times during this event. Please sign up using EventBrite, and arrive anytime between 11-12 to secure your spot!
This is a family-friendly event, all ages can participate. Younger children are welcome to come, and join in, play in the kid's play area, or use our seating corner.
