Event at Grimm Brothers Brewhouse

We will be releasing our newest beer this Friday 1/28 at 1:00pm. The new beer will be called Stubborn Child and will be a Roggenbier. This is a unique beer style similar to a hefeweizen but instead of wheat we use rye. 51% rye to be specific. This leaves a unique flavor and body leaving a spicy character and more viscous taste. This also will be our first time using a new yeast strain. We are very excited to share this beer with everyone so come on down to the brewhouse and tell us what you think.
