Free Women's Self-Defense Seminar
Free Women's Self-Defense Seminars on December 7th, 2024 from 1-3pm. They will be held at Loveland TruFit. 330 E. 4th Street, Loveland, CO 80538. This is a free community event open to Ladies age 13 and older. We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable workout clothes and work out shoes.
