Gingerbread Workshop

Interested in making a gingerbread house or other structure? You can enter the Library's 5th Annual Gingerbread Challenge OR just make a fabulous decoration for your home. Don't know where to begin? Then sign up for the free Gingerbread Workshop today! Topics will include: ?design considerations and pattern making ?a demonstration of raw dough handling ?creating "glass" for windows ?assembly of the baked parts - tricks and traps & options for the icing or "glue" While there won't be time in the workshop to complete your creation, there will be a list of sources and examples of both the common and the more unusual items you might want to use.
