Grand Opening Kinston Hub

Ribbon cutting at 9:30 am with coffee and pastries, followed by a family-friendly launch party and model home tours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Open to the public, the Kinston grand opening will feature a live DJ, food trucks, outdoor games, giveaways, and kids’ activities like balloon art and face painting — as well as the chance to tour eight brand-new model homes by Dream Finders Homes, Lennar and Richmond American Homes, selling now. Attendees can also learn about future for-sale homes coming soon from Bridgewater Homes, and innovative new built-for-rent homes from AHV and McWhinney.
The grand opening activities and model home tours begin at the neighborhood’s epicenter — Kinston Hub, located at 6402 Union Creek Dr. The Hub is home to locally-owned Mountain Cowboy Brewing Company, which will be serving up coffee and craft beers throughout the day. At The Hub, attendees can pick up a map and brochure, enjoy refreshments from local Centerra retailers, and learn about what’s planned for Kinston.
