Every business owner, CEO, GM and NFP Executive Director, will ultimately conclude his or her time running or owning the organization. That might mean retiring and turning the business over to nextgen leadership, or perhaps selling the business. The business owner, CEO, GM, or NFP Executive Director has to grow the value of their business or NFP to the point that he or she can afford to execute their exit strategy. And the best way to do so is to engage passionate employees who think more like owners than entitled employees. There are a lot of people talking about engagement, but many of the methods are just tactics that leaders try for awhile and then quit. There is a better way and it involves open book management and open door thinking - involving employees in decisions that impact them.
This Roundtable will show you:
• How to create an enviable work culture and eliminate toxicity
• How to increase employee involvement and engagement
• The kinds of business realities leaders should involve employees in
• How to communicate best with employees
• When to utilize outside resources
