If I Could Just Hire Another Great Employee Like...
You know you need to hire someone...and that was a month ago, but the process of screening resumes and interviewing applicants just seems so daunting and who has the time? The downside to putting off the hiring process is losing good employees because they feel overworked and not supported. Your team needs you to make the best hires to strengthen the organization. This workshop will provide you with a process to make screening and hiring more efficient. Designed as an interactive workshop we will start with the key elements in advertising your opening in order to minimize your time reviewing resumes and applications. Second, you will identify key behaviors of your star employees who move your organization forward, so you can better identify those behaviors in the interview. Lastly, we will discuss best practices for ensuring a smooth transition when your new employee comes onboard. We can't promise that you will find another great employee like ___________, but we will provide the tools and steps to improve your chances of doing so.
In this workshop, we will learn how to:
* Develop a template for creating effective job openings
* Learn to screen resumes and applications efficiently
* Identify behaviors that are crucial to the success of your organization
* Best practices for starting a new employee
