Rialto Bridge Project - a boost for downtown/Loveland

Troy Peterson, Flagstone Partners, LLC will bring us up to date on the building, what it will house and what that brings to downtown Loveland.

Jan Sawyer, Rialto Theater will comment on what will be added for the theater, what new venues this will allow them to add and what additional traffic this could bring to downtown.

Mike Scholl, City of Loveland will speak on what a project like this means as a catalyst for downtown renovation and what other new projects this could inspire.
