As elected officials, voters, and industry groups mandate increased energy efficiencies for new building construction, we feel it is important to be aware of some of the increased costs associated with stronger energy related programs. At this Issues on Tap we will explore how some energy efficiency mandates impact our ability to address our housing affordability crisis.
