Living Well with Dementia Symposium

Dementia Together invites you to our annual Living Well with Dementia Symposium on October 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Timberline Church in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Offered at no charge, this educational event is designed for spouses, family members, and others caring for someone living with dementia. Through a foundational class and practical workshops, participants will learn simple communication and care strategies that support lifelong well-being for both the person living with dementia and their care partner.

Moments that once felt frustrating, overwhelming, or difficult can become opportunities for greater contentment, connection, and joy utilizing the tools families learn throughout the day.
