You will spend most of the session rolling up our sleeves and refining your ideas. You will gain perspective and feedback from other entrepreneurs to hone your answers to questions like: What problem are you solving and what value are you creating? How will you earn revenue? What are your primary expenses? What are your most important processes and capabilities? Who are your key partners, vendors and suppliers? Who and how big is your target market? How will you reach them?

Allison led transformational growth strategies, process improvements and systems implementations, including expanded distribution channels through a robust global partner network. Allison led the team responsible for successful organization transitions through the founder's exit, two Private Equity transactions and two international add-on acquisitions. During her tenure leading Prosci, the company's top-line revenues and bottom-line profits tripled. Prosci was also named to Forbes' ‘Top 20 Best Places To Work’ list. Allison graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, the science and power of language and communication.
