This workshop will take participants through the THRIVES assessment from LoCo Think Tank. Essentially a self-examination in the areas of Truth, Relationships, Investing, Vision, Execution, and Sales & Marketing, this workshop will provide existing and aspiring business owners the opportunity to identify their significant strengths - and weaknesses - in business and in life - and to develop plans to mitigate gap areas and further develop strengths.

Speaker Curt Bear is the Founder of LoCo Think Tank, which operates a series of small business peer advisory chapters across Northern Colorado. Members of LoCo Think Tank meet monthly in professionally-facilitated chapter meetings, gaining perspective, accountability, and encouragement to support their business journey. Curt is also the Host of The LoCo Experience podcast, and has completed more than 100 long-form conversational interviews with NoCo's most inspiring and entertaining business and community leaders. Curt and his wife Jill live in Old Town Fort Collins with a dog, a cat, two chickens, and often - an exchange student - they are currently hosting their 8th international student.
