A?bout the Speaker -

Jay Dokter, current President of the Loveland Business Partnership, has over 25 years executive management experience in business and nonprofit organizations. Areas of focus include executive leadership, sales & marketing, human resource development, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and strategic planning. Jay has lead or participated in over a dozen start-ups and high growth businesses; including domain expertise in multimedia online education, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, electronics, service sector, and retail. Jay wears many hats in the business community, including General Partner of Forge Campus and CEO of Vergent Products. He is an active board member for various for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Orphan’s Hope and the Warehouse Business Accelerator. Mr. Dokter’s education includes an AAS Degree from NW Iowa, a BA from Regis University, and a MBA in Marketing and International Business from Regis University

The Loveland Business Partnership (LBP) is a diverse, connected and experienced organization that supports current business issues in Loveland. From its beginnings over 60 years ago (which resulted in HP locating in our community), LBP has been, and remains, a catalyst for innovation happening in Loveland.
