5 minutes of movement -we will explore gentle spinal movements, folds and breath practices that can be used throughout your workday to help calm stress or clear brain fog and give you energy.
Susan Smedley is a trained social worker and yoga instructor with advanced certification in Oncology Yoga, Yoga for First Responders and Grief Yoga. She has benefited immensely from yoga, having experienced personal and professional trauma and a lung cancer diagnosis at the age of 32. She retired from non-profit work in December, 2022 to open Resilient Soul Yoga in January, 2023.
Susan’s vision for Resilient Soul Yoga is to create a nature-inspired space that helps people connect to the wisdom of their bodies and breath to better manage stress, trauma and emotions while building community and having fun.
