There is a remarkable correlation between impeccable commitments and the effectiveness of individuals and groups. An essential ingredient is clarity. Making requests and being clear about what we want and when we want it is critical to business success. Participants will learn and practice all of the components of effective workflow including elements of an effective request and how to make one, how to determine conditions of satisfaction, the five responses to requests, and how to recommit when a breakdown happens through authentic complaints and apologies.
