Join this class and learn the basics of how to make homemade pasta for your family. We will teach you simple, fast recipes to get you started. At the end of class, you will take home your pasta to cook for your family! You can change up a simple recipe by adding some basic ingredients. This is a Hands-On Class. You will make your pasta and take home a generous amount to cook a wonderful meal at home!

Class times: This class starts promptly at 1:00 PM and ends at approximately 2:30 PM; please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to get settled. Please note the start time, as some classes are offered during the day! After the class, attendees are welcome to shop at our store; you will receive 10 percent off your purchase.  

About our classes: Unless otherwise noted in the description, all classes are demonstration-style cooking. You will make the pasta and take it home to eat later!  

We invite you to bring your own wine or other beverages to enjoy with the meal; we provide the glassware and expect alcohol to be consumed responsibly.

Cancellation Policy: A one-week notice is required to cancel enrollment in any class. After that, a refund will not be able to be granted. To cancel, please call the store at 970.775.2854. If you are experiencing illness, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, or we cannot reschedule your class. Please note that all cancellations will have a three percent restocking fee.  

Furthermore, understand that by purchasing a ticket and attending our class, you are granting Olive & Herb permission and the right to use your likeness in our marketing materials either via a photo or other electronic media. We have the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, or publish these photos for any lawful purpose. Pictures and other electronic media will not be sold or distributed for profit. We will not compensate you for our use of these photos.
