Professional boundaries are often the key to being considered a "good" supervisor versus a "bad" supervisor. Understanding boundaries, both the obvious ones and the not-so obvious ones, is a key element to being effective and respected.  In this workshop, supervisors will learn the four common styles of communication, and learn ways to define and improve professional boundaries.
