Looking for a unique summer experience? We’ve partnered with Yocomo Sushi of Fort Collins and Maverick Beverage Distributor to bring you an unforgettable evening on the rooftop, featuring thoughtfully paired sushi and sake in a fun and elevated setting.

Take a tour of Japan through four carefully selected sake tastings, each paired with sushi and nigiri designed to complement and enhance your experience:

Fukucho, Moon on the Water Junmai Ginjo Sake (NV) | Region: Chugoku, Japan
Mantensei, Kinoko Junmai Ginjo Sake (NV) | Region: Chugoku, Japan
Yuho, Eternal Embers Junmai Sake (NV) | Region: Chubu, Japan
Tozai, Snow Maiden Junmai Nigori Premium Japanese Sake (NV) | Region: Kinki, Japan
Each guest will enjoy a curated sushi selection including:
