Enjoy a good old summer BBQ with Loveland’s young professionals at the July STIR Loveland Social Mixer hosted at Nordy’s Bar-B-Que and Grill. Network with other young professionals while enjoying a new take on traditional BBQ favorites. As always, there will good conversation, good food and door prizes.

• STIR has joined forces with the Thompson Education Foundation to support its Help Kids Succeed school supply drive. STIR members are asked to bring 1 or more watercolor sets (8 colors or more) to the event. In return you get a chance to win a cool prize from the organization. Many of us and/or our business partners and colleagues have children who are involved with our local schools – this is an opportunity to combine networking and community support all in one.

• STIR Loveland has a new guest policy! Do you have friends/colleagues/business partners who want to get involved in STIR but want to check it out before jumping on board? Beginning with our July Nordy’s mixer, STIR Loveland has announced a $10 guest entry fee. The ONLY catch is that they must attend as a guest of a current and attending STIR member. All you have to do is register your guest or have your guest register through www.loveland.org and click on the STIR guest fee option AND present the guest coupon (you can download it at www.loveland.org/STIRLoveland) at the door.  They MUST include the name of the person they are attending with in the notes of their registration. Or, they can pay at the door and give their hosts name there. Members – feel free to print and bring with your guests.
• STIR members – Pre-registering helps us give our hosts a heads-up on headcount for food preparation, etc. Please take the time to pre-register for each STIR event as it helps us deliver the best opportunities to you!
