Join us on our heated rooftop for an indulgent Ice Cream & Cocktail Pairing, featuring handcrafted Valentine’s cocktails from 477 Distilling paired perfectly with Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream—made fresh before your eyes using liquid nitrogen for an ultra-smooth, unforgettable texture.

The Pairings

Each ticket includes three specialty tasting-size cocktails paired with three nitrogen-frozen ice creams:

- Raspberry Lemon Drop
- Citric Substance — Raspberry Lemon Ice Cream with fresh raspberries
(Vegan & gluten-free option available)

- Red Velvet Martini
- Cheesecake Ice Cream — a rich, creamy pairing that acts as the “frosting” to red velvet flavors

- Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cocktail
- Strawberry Bon Bon — Strawberry ice cream with chocolate flakes
(Vegan & dairy-free option available)

Sub Zero’s liquid-nitrogen process freezes ice cream instantly at –320°F, creating incredibly small ice crystals and an exceptionally smooth, creamy texture. It’s part dessert, part science, and completely unforgettable.

While you enjoy your pairing, renowned violinist Vi Wickam will be wandering the rooftop, filling the space with enchanting live music. A four-time Colorado State Fiddling Champion and nationally charting artist, Vi’s performances add a truly special ambiance to the evening.
