The Iconic Budweiser Clydesdales Come to Greeley

American Eagle Distributing Co. is bringing the Budweiser Clydesdales to northern Colorado for several appearances and events from June 13 – 15, 2013. The largest appearance and event is the Greeley Stampede’s Proclamation Ride on June 14. This marks the Clydesdales first Greeley appearance since the early 1980’s. The Clydesdales will also make their first downtown Loveland appearance and will be back in Old Town Fort Collins for the first time in five years. 

 
During their stay in northern Colorado, the Clydesdales will deliver Budweiser to select retailers. Community members and families are invited to come and see the Budweiser Clydesdales during any of their public appearances.
 

The Clydesdales will be featured in the Greeley Stampede’s Proclamation Ride from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. Fri. June 14. The Clydesdales will hitch up in the Greeley Tribune parking lot, 501 8th Ave. and will join the ride as it travels to the main stage located on 9th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue. The Budweiser package winner will be unveiled live onstage during this event. After the drawing, the Clydesdales will head west on 9th Street to Lincoln Park.
