Winter Break Art Camp: Exploration of American Artists
Focusing on artists from the United States, such as Georgia O'Keeffe, Frank Stella, and Jackson Pollock. Learn about the lives and work of these and other artists through making your own art. Explore a variety of materials and techniques to make colorful expressive forms of art, including sculpture, painting, and drawing. This is a great opportunity to get messy making art, have lots of fun, and learn about significant U.S. contributors to the art world. Bring a lunch. Snacks will be provided. Grades 2-6
