Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher at our Loveland, CO location. The Service Coordinator/Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service requests, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication between clients and technicians. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, monitoring service delivery, and maintaining detailed records of service activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• 2-5 years experience in Customer Service
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in ConnectWise (or similar CRM) & Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to promote business uptime

Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic computer and operating system knowledge
• Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and client-care
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
• Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
• Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details

Salary & Benefits

• Approx. $50,000 annual salary, with potential adjustment based on experience and skills
