  • Coordinate invoices, budgets, community collateral, and operational resources.
Help Bring Dream Homes to Life
  • Guide homebuyers through the design selection process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and creativity.
  • Educate customers on available products, finishes, upgrades, options, and pricing.
  • Help homeowners personalize their homes to reflect their lifestyle and design preferences.
  • Prepare accurate option documentation and communicate selections clearly to construction, purchasing, warranty, and trade partners.
  • Maintain design materials, option catalogs, and showroom presentation standards.
Support Community Events & Experiences
  • Assist with the planning and execution of sales events, homeowner experiences, and community programs.
  • Help manage the Vacation Experience Program and Ambassador Program.
  • Work alongside Sales and Marketing teams to create memorable moments that showcase the Trilogy lifestyle.

We're looking for someone who is:
  • Passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.
  • Naturally welcoming, positive, and relationship-focused.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with customer-facing interactions.
  • Creative and confident discussing design, color, finishes, and home personalization.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
  • Excited to contribute to a culture built around hospitality, connection, and lifestyle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents is a plus.

Why You'll Love This Role
  • Work in a beautiful, resort-style environment.
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective and future homeowners.
  • Combine creativity, design, hospitality, and operations in one unique position.
