Now, as we grow beyond a $2M budget, we’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Development Director to elevate our fundraising efforts. This role is critical in building and formalizing a strong and sustainable development program, ensuring single parents have the resources and support they need to succeed.
As a key member of our Leadership Team, the Development Director will drive innovation, foster meaningful relationships, and champion our mission with passion. We’re looking for a bold, collaborative leader—someone who thrives on challenges, values excellence and accountability, and brings both tenacity and a sense of humor to the work.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Development Director works closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive philanthropic support. |
