About Us
This women's organization is not a ''networking'' or ''leads'' group but a mastermind or CEO-level peer support group. Established in 2008, we recently become a nonprofit Foundation to extend our reach to emerging leaders and women in transition to offer mentoring and resources. We sponsor monthly educational workshops, mastermind discussions and social events. We also sponsor three luncheon masterminds and three breakfasts featuring one of NorCo's high profile female leaders. We are most proud of our annual Women of Vision Gala, honoring 12 amazing NorCo women. See our website for information and mission statement.
