Prior to entering the retail space full-time, he served as a Deputy Sheriff, where he developed strong values rooted in integrity, discipline, and community service.

Today, Harman combines his background in public service with his family’s retail expertise to build a business focused on trust, consistency, and community connection in Loveland.
