Suspected of spying, a family from New Jersey takes refuge in the American embassy.  Unfortunately, the American ambassador has gone to the Caribbean, and left his bumbling, incompetent son in charge.  With rioting outside, tempers flaring inside and the Sultan of Bashir arriving soon, the embassy becomes the site of one side splitting disaster after another.
