Empty Bowls Fort Collins

Tickets are now on sale for Empty Bowls Fort Collins, a signature community event taking place on Thursday, February 18 at 5:30 p.m. For the price of one ticket, the Food Bank for Larimer County, 1301 Blue Spruce Drive, can provide enough food for 200 families in need in Larimer County.

Hosted at the Hilton Fort Collins, 425 W. Prospect Road, the event is a dinner and art auction working to increase awareness of hunger issues in our community. Guests at Empty Bowls can choose a pottery bowl as a memento of the event and enjoy signature soups provided by locally-owned restaurants. Each bowl is handmade by a local artist or Poudre School District student.

Local potters go to bowl making events at area schools to guide students in making bowls. For the students, artists and community groups, Empty Bowls is the way to promote the importance and satisfaction of community service.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.foodbanklarimer.org or by phone 493-4477 and are $50 each or $95 for two. Advance ticket purchase is recommended.
