The Self-Aware Leader
9 Traits to Move from Self-Awareness to Active Leadership Impact
In 2018, Cornell University posted a report where they looked at the 72 most successful companies in the world. Their primary goal was to understand what made these companies successful. After looking at a myriad of company traits such as organizational structure, product portfolios, go to market strategies, competitive sets, etc..., the primary key indicator that pointed to the success of all 72 companies was one thing. The self-awareness of the leader. In other words, the more self-aware the leader is, the more successful the business.
In this session with Dan Anderson, National Ministry Director of FCCI, CEO of a local Non-profit & Five Capitals Leadership / Business Coach, we will all be called to take a purposeful look in the mirror and evaluate ourselves as leaders. The mirror will ask us to answer four profound questions that every leader must answer and ultimately, we will develop a roadmap for success based on what we see.
In addition… here’s some questions Dan will be guiding us to think about, wrestle with,
and hopefully discover some new answers to:
1. How self-aware am I?2. Where are my blind spots and how do I discover them?
3. What is the power of listening and it’s impact on the culture I lead? … and more.
