Make A Difference Day is the most encompassing national day of helping others. This year, Larimer County celebrates its 10th Year of neighbors helping neighbors! Throughout the week of October 19th-24th thousands of Larimer County residents will join together to make a real difference in our communities. Will you be one of them? Join Hands. Lend your muscle.
