About Pat Saunders-White
A diverse artist, Saunders-White is well known for her animal portraits. Pat has an enthusiastic audience worldwide for her custom animal portraits. Her paintings vibrate with energy and depth using complimentary colors and juxtaposing opposites. Inspired by her Australian Grandmother, Pats interest in native Australian work was sparked in junior high school. Her Grandmother supplied her with oil paint, a canvas and brushes to paint a portrait of the first internationally recognized Aboriginal artist. This painting inspired her to research the ancient paintings of the Australian Aboriginal tribes. It took several years to master the designing and implementation of her painting technique.
Stop into Independence Gallery next to The Steer to find other Pat Saunder’s-White artwork.
